Introducing Atlas – Our New Generation Infrastructure
Mblox is proud to introduce the most modern mobile messaging infrastructure available in the world today, Atlas.
Our team are constantly working to provide our customers, and the market, with the most advanced and robust mobile messaging solution, and Atlas is the result of that commitment. Atlas is more advanced than anything previously available, and we are very excited to share its benefits with you.
What is Atlas?
Atlas is the name we’ve given to our new generation infrastructure, which includes our network of more than 100+ direct carrier connections, reaching 97% of the consumers on the planet. Atlas builds upon our 15+ years of experience in the mobile messaging industry, the delivery of over 40 billion A2P messages and your valuable feedback. In particular, Atlas provides you with a number of key benefits:
Full APIs and tool sets, which make it easy to connect, whether you have deep technical skills, or just want to reach out to your customers in an easy to use interface. Atlas supports SMPP, HTTP and now REST.
Geo-redundant data centers located across the globe, which ensures fault tolerant performance and your compliance with data protection and safe harbor laws.
Industry-leading customer portal, which provides an easy, convenient and secure way for you to do business with us any time, anywhere. And of course, we are available live when you need us.
Ultra-low latency, which includes a best in class request-to-response time and end-to-end delivery time so you can send and deliver messages faster allowing for one of the highest conversion and read rates in the industry.

At present nearly 3,000 Mblox customers are running on Atlas. There are no lengthy or complex development changes customers need to implement, the only thing you need to do is login to the new customer portal.
The New Customer Portal
The easy to use customer portal provides access to your Mblox account where you can directly manage services and tools, access account information, view pricing and run bespoke reports.
We have developed the portal with the user in mind, it is clean and intuitive, whilst being a powerful management tool. The main menu tabs for the Dashboard, Services, Support and Account Information lead you to many new features:
Message Statistics - A fast and flexible message statistics tool, allowing you to analyze both outbound and inbound traffic volumes, showing delivered, failed and unknown statuses, as well as the cost incurred for the messages. This is always current through the previous day’s traffic.
Manage and Add Services - Full view of all your Mblox services. View your service usernames and passwords, throughput rates, as well as MO configuration details. Set up new services directly in the portal. Explore a new API or simply send messages from our “Batch Sender” with no programming required. Access
Pricing - Get the current message pricing for all your services at the click of a button. Filter on only destinations used in the recent time period or download a CSV-file with full MCC/MNC details.
Message Search - Search for messages sent over the last two weeks to determine whether they were delivered or not. This is a very handy tool for testing and troubleshooting, to ensure your messages have been accepted in our system and to view delivery status of the message.
Technical Support --Directly communicate with our Support team via the web portal. Create, monitor and update Support tickets, for any technical queries or issues. You can also easily access the most up-to-date technical documentation.
Real Time Balances - You’ll notice that we have added the ability to see your real-time balance. This aims to give you a better understanding of your funds and to help you manage your day-to-day traffic.
Our aim is to give our customers more control than ever before with greater ease of use. We plan to add further functionality in the coming months.
