Account Manager Levallois-Perret France
As an Account Manager you will be part of the highly motivated French team reporting into the Regional Director. With industry experience or experience in a similar role you can take on this opportunity and hit the ground running. Your main areas of responsibility will be:
- Managing a small portfolio of existing accounts
- New sales activities in France for SMS, Voice or IOT services
- Understanding clients’ needs and identifying new business requirements
- Supporting management in ensuring adequate resources are available to meet opportunities and challenges in your client base
- Local market and competitive intelligence where applicable
- Increasing business via value add and cross selling
- Maintain regular and consistent contact with a global customer base via telephone, email, instant messenger and in-person meetings
- Liaise with Technical Client Support, Product Management and Finance
- Attend industry and non-industry events for new business activities
- Self-starter with the ability to work under your own initiative in a small team.
- Having worked in a similar environment (selling SMS, Voice, Data or API services) is mandatory
- Highly motivated with a positive can-do attitude
- English is mandatory, other languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or business desired.
The position is permanent, full-time and based in Levallois-Perret, France
Work is during office hours, with some flexibility. Start date is as soon as possible, depending on the availability of the right candidate.
