Product Manager Real-time BSS
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager.
Symsoft, the Operator Division of CLX Communications AB, is a trusted vendor and partner of telecom operators within Real-Time BSS, Messaging and Fraud & Security. We enable challenger MNOs, MVNOs and MVNEs globally to stay ahead of their competitors in an increasingly competitive telecom market and currently count more than 80 operators in 45 countries as customers. Operator customers include companies such as Virgin Mobile, Rebtel, ICE.net, ID Mobile, 3, Tango, TeliaSonera, America Movil, Polkomtel and Tele2.
Based on our core capabilities within Online Charging and Policy Management (jointly Policy & Charging Control), we are entering a new phase as we recently acquired a company with products, services and expertise within Billing and Customer Care. The combined product area will be positioned as Real-Time BSS and will bolster our ability to be a strategic partner of customers within our growing target segment.
As a Product Manager at Symsoft you will be responsible for the end to end evolution and profitability of products and services within the Real-Time BSS product area, primarily from a telecom perspective. You will have a central and broad role in the organization and are expected to be a guiding light in driving evolution through interaction with key customers, Symsoft Sales, Symsoft R&D, Symsoft Marketing and other product managers. You may also work with external organizations and partners for mutual benefit.
You have a background in leading product evolution and/or technical solution sales from a telecom vendor or a telecom operator over the course of several years. You have experience and domain expertise within telecom networks and a thorough understanding of the capabilities and functions that help operators deliver a customer experience and to charge and bill for them. You have preferably worked with or have knowledge of the market situation experienced by challenger operators, including virtual operators. You have a relevant university degree and several years of experience from technical roles within the telecom and/or IT industry.
The Symsoft company language is English. The command of other languages in a business setting is advantageous.

The Product Management team currently consists of 4 persons and one team Director.
