How do I receive replies?

  1. You will need to purchase an inbound SMS number to receive replies, please contact your Account Manager for details on how to do this, or request a number here.
  2. Once an inbound SMS number has been configured on your account, you will be able to see replies in the ‘SMS response service’ tab.
  3. An auto reply message can be set up to reply to any inbound messages received, your Account Manager can help you set this up.
