Getting Help from our Support
If you’re having difficulties with your messaging, don’t worry, help is at hand! We have an in-house team of experts ready to help 24/7 and all accounts come with a basic level of support that provides you with 24/7 email support.
The best way to contact the support team is through your account – simply log in and submit a support ticket. Once logged in, you’ll see a tab on the top menu of your dashboard named ‘SUPPORT’, here you can create new tickets, track previous tickets and view updates as tickets get worked on.
An alternative way to contact support is to email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include as much detail as possible in your email, the more information you include the better the investigation our team can make.
